Show Us Your Non- Warwick Bass Then!

A clip of a guy with my same MM bass and pre. I have no good recording gear but it's dead on with mine so...

This is my newest bass. It is a Fender-like jazz bass by Edwards. It is the mid-range brand of ESP exclusive to the Japanese market. This bass sounds cool with a lot of punch and midrange. Ideal for playing classic rock and funky music with lots of slap and pop.

This is my Rikkers.
From the Netherlands circa 1986.
Plays really nice, and the craftsmanship is amazing.

Not well known here in the states, but perhaps those in the EU are more familiar?

I never met this brand anywhere. Really simillar to Pedulla MVP ( or inspired by ?). Head looks like a Ritter.
Look nice!

Rikkers is pretty well known here in the Netherlands.

Looks like a son of Pedulla and Ritter, indeed. Never heard of them before, though.

Here's the family...of course the Corvette is getting 99% of the love these days. I love this bass!!!!

I like the Black on Blue Ric. Looks kinda like mine, except I got Barts and white pickguard with binding. Regardless, killer bass.

You are right, Lane, it´s not all black, it´s black n´blue. (On the other PC it looked all black)

Sorry, the lighting wasn't very good and the Ric came out really dark in that last photo. This photo is a lot closer to the real color:

This was my #1 instrument for 20+ years. It took back seat to the Carvin 5 string about a year ago, then they both took back seat to the Corvette. Have I mentioned how much I LOVE my Warwick???? :d

Yeah, that kind of blue doesn't set well in the light. Mine's Midnight blue, so in the wrong light it looks black.

Thanx for the new pic, Cygnus, that´s one of the coolest RICs I´ve seen.

Here is a pic of the new to me Yamaha BBG5S. I had one of these 7 years ago as my first five string bass guitar (and it is has been sitting in my garage in pieces forever, waiting to be rebuilt and refinished). Since I am worried that the neck, etc are too far gone, I jumped at the chance to snatch the exact same one up again used from ebay to make me happy in case my rebuild doesnt go as planned.

Yes, I realize the string is wound the wrong way on the D tuning peg.
