a work in progress blast from the past!!! its a 86 Hamer Blitz bass.
as you can see from the pics it was totaled when I first got it... it had very bad mositure and water damage. it was bad enough that it totally rusted out the mags in the pickups. when I took the pups out the mags just fell apart in my hand....






its not finish yet but I'm getting close. its hard to find old Hamer parts, but I just about have everything I need.
this is where its at now., after 2 sanding sessions and one to go I'm ready to dye the wood....

Heres mine!

1st is my Tanglewood Acoustic, not too bad, but a few dead spots..

2nd, is my 83 Fender Elite "P" fretless with custom factory paint
Plus an Ibanez 75 Lawsuit jazz copy. (better than an original IMHO)

3rd are my 3 tomkins kimberley's, the far right one being fretless also!

Still love my thumb though!!
