I bought one used back then and have never been able to find out anything about it.It's a beautif wood with gold hardware and EMG pups. Plays clean sounding, more for jazzy stuff. Are these rare or something. Any info appreciated.

I have been interested in coated strings lately, but most of the strings that are available, don't have taper B's. I was wondering if the EMP's strings have the same taper concept as the Black label strings. non-tapered strings don't sound so nice with my streamer stage I 6 :D thanks

I put in a new preamp and pickups in my Warwick. Although the low strings sound amazing, the G and to a lesser degree the D strings sound really weak in output. I raised the pickups up a lot, but they are still weak. The funny part is the old MEC stuff was balanced all around in output...
