2000 is a bit high.
A more reasonable price would be closer to 1000.
 
Thank you guys! I will keep looking a bit, no rush though. My Corvette ´96 still plays like a dream. If any of you are selling a NT Thumb, let me know please.

the body of thumb 98 is bigger/diffrent than thumb 07 body? Or its only illusion? BTW im fan of wenge fingerboard, what is difference between wenge and ebony?

Good questions. I'm not sure with regards to the body sizes/shapes. Next time I have a chance, I'll measure and take some pics of the two NT thumbs, side by side. I personally like wenge better than ebony for the fingerboard. I'm a big fan of all-wenge necks with wenge fingerboards. Of course, the necks on the NT thumbs have ovangkol and the Flamin' Blonde has yellow heart laminated/blocked into the wenge--which, IMO, makes for some beautiful necks. I'll have to pop off a few pics of the backs of "the family" as well to show you.
 
Hey, i ordered a thumb bolt on (2010). I see many comments on the net about its rock faculties, and that bass isn't good to play metal.. "Warwick thumb has too many trebles, and it's too bright for playing metal" What do you think ?

I really think that the neck on the Thumb, just like any other instrument, is a personal opinion; I've read where people hate it along with bashing Warwick necks in general, but I've never played a Warwick that I didn't like. As for playing rock or metal, from what I've seen Warwick's, especially Thumbs, work well with the genre.

I never have contribution to the forum before, but I want to.

I usually use Thumb BO for brutal death metal style. I think it is working well. It has strong high, but I like it to the sound.
 
I play usually brutal death too like, necrophagist, cannibal corpse, nile and other bands as you ^^
 
Just got my Thumb over the weekend. 2005 bolt on 4 string with Ovangkol body and neck and Wenge fretboard. Sounds AMAZING! Still getting used to the feel of it...as many have said before, it is more comfortable to strap it up higher (though it's still a bit of a reach out to 1st position) but I'm used to having it just a little lower. I can still play it there too, and the neck dive isn't terrible (I use a leather strap), it just slowly shifts downward. I have some ideas to help, but I'll try those as time goes on. Anyway, enough rambling....PICTURES!
