The Blonde is home- working on the setup; s.th. must be wrong with their CNC machines - to fix it they did a shim but the original was not enough. Based on my expert luthier skills, I addad a layer sanding paper :cool: string height is goog

With the setup completed, the bass is very playable. Walnut layer between maple top and swamp ash back. The 5 piece maple/walnut neck and maple fretboard give it a bright sound.

Happy with the purchase - beautiful instrument, great sound (need to change the strings), even lighter than my maple Streamer I, no neck dive, easier playable than my '88 bubinga thumb. Someone wrote on the back of the headstock ....

Hi guys, am new to this forum but, I own a Warwick Thumb bass 4-string and have come across a bit of a head scratching moment. I can't find a serial number anywhere on it, but want to try and find out the date of it (if I can). Any suggestions or insights welcome.
