=The Warwick Streamer Club=

Hi Peter,
You can chose between broadneck and normal spacing in Custom SHop
Standard spacing for Streamer STage 1 is Broadneck - 20mm
Regular spacing is 16,5 mm, but you can set the strings up to 17,5 mm from the bridge. I did that :-)
So - Stage1 - 20mm, stage2- 16,5mm
Stage1 was always 20mm :-)

Thank you for that you guys really know your stuff. very greatful for your help.

broad neck for stage 1 was introduced with the maplle necks

so every 5 string stage 1 (approx 87-early 90) had regular string spacing.
there are about 60-70 basses that are like that.

...I knew it... Always some additional Information from this man!

The only way I could play a stage 1 5 string is if it had that normal string spacing. It's bad enough when I swap from the guitar to the bass!

You should look for a good shortscale! Anybody ever seen a Streamer shortscale (especially a 5-string)?

Best looking SSII I've ever seen.

The Afzelia's grain is incredibly stunning.

Mika, stunning bass, In my opinion the Stage I & II are the most beautiful basses ever made and of
course the Warwick built quality is superb.
Last week Florin & Schlobodan helped me with some questions about string spacings. Could you answer another ?
My 91 Stage I has a very slim neck that tapers cleanly to the headstock. Was this the case for the early Stage II as well ?
The newer Stage I seems to have a different neck profile which requires a scoop out to the headstock. What year did they
change the neck ?
Peter
