Probably got it for like 150 euro.

Nice collection you have there. I might just be feeling a bit jealous :)

Lol, thanks. Have a few more instruments but they aren't basses. Been a few years in the making... Like the variety of sounds at my disposal. Also, if I get bored with one there's always another to beat on. Bout time to thin a bit but still deciding what will go and what stays.

You should send the the Thumb BO fretted 5 to me for safe keeping. See, always here to help out ;)

I've had a brown Cort Curbow fretless just like that, picked it up for 45 dollars.
Didn't like it very much at the time but it sure was unique, and also had the craziest neckdive I've ever seen (And i've owned a T-bird!)

That Curbow is far and away my least favorite... Bought it cheap to give fretless a try. At least it looks cool. Can't get it sold so it's my testbed for practicing doing setups and for other experiments/ideas as they come along.

Its so odd that it dives so much since it is a four string and has a very long upper horn. It must have a very heavy truss rod plus a very light (synthetic?) body. I have a fretted Cort Curbow five string that balances pretty much perfectly.

I know the body is synthetic (luthite). I've just never been able to get a tone I liked out of it and for me, the ergonomics aren't there. I don't gig it so I really only play it sitting down when I'm noodling around at home. Just doesn't work the best for me.

First bass in a very long time I've seen with a pickguard that I actually love the look of. Very nice bass!!
Yes Maruszczyk is a polish bass manufacturer. Quite interesting design. The jake doesn't need any string tree due to his angled headstock.

Red and black, see?, simple yet sexy and no bling-bling involved. Very nice Maruchi! (sorry, I'm spaniard, that polish name is a nightmare to pronounce)
