Maybe three years ago I was at 90 per cent to buy exactly such a bass, got the 2010th Ltd. JB instead. Traded this one with Salotti to a 2012th Ltd. Streamer, sold it to Kev and took the money for Saschas Buzzard... now thinking of selling the Buzzard to get cash for an own, individual Warwick CS.
What is your opinion about the sound and the output of the JB, Jordan?
Did my hear catch something ?now thinking of selling the Buzzard to get cash for an own, individual Warwick CS.

we all know someone on this forum who would be very keen to get their hands on sashas buzzard. But I think his head might be removed if he buys another expensive bass
But sure I'd love to get some info about it. I did do some research but there isn't much I could locate. Apparently the bridge pickup is in a different position to the usual jazz. I did find some for sale classifieds which appear to have sold for quite high prices so so far I'm feeling okay with myself haha
Report:
In the 90´s there was a series called "Collectable", something like today´s American Vintage (then called US Vintage), but in limited editions or special editions.
This bass is the "´75" Jazz Bass from that series.
I don´t have proof of that series being part of the Custom Shop, but could be.
Anyway, ash body and top quality material.
Report:
The position of the bridge pup is like on 70´s JBs, that´s why it´s closer to the bridge, under the "ashtray".
If the player is more used to 60´s or modern Jazz Basses, hw will miss the bridge pup closer to the neck pup.
And YES, those bass are pricey in the used market.
Oshii:
Indeed that is a Custom Shop, I think that´s a "70 closet classic". I mean, it´s called "70s" because it looks like a Jazz Bass from 1970-1975: Neck with 4 bolts, truss-rod access at the end of neck, pups in "70s" position and thumbrest under G string. With selected body woods and Custom Shop neck. It is like a today´s " ´74 American Vintage", I would like to know the neck´s width, though.
It looks awesome, and I think he has payed big money for it, prices were around 3k€...
