=The Warwick Streamer Club=

Sorry to keeping asking questions but this is the first warwick Ive owned, a Streamer LX Jazzman.
I didnt receive any wax in my user pack, when i quiried this with The UK American Guitar Centre ( who have been extremely helpful purchasing this bass and throughly recommended) they told me that my bass has a protective coating and doesnt need waxing therefore no wax! Is this correct doest seem to be any coating visble. Thanks

While Im at it what does the various initials mean, ie. LX, BO, NT etc?

NT means Neck Through
BO means Bolt On
LX means you have an awesome bass ;)

Picking up my new baby on saturday. Pics will follow shortly.
I already put her in my signature since I'm thrilled to finally be a member of this club.

marco that's great news you'll love it believe me!
i'm picking on saturday a streamer too:D

LOL herb vibes I'll show you mine if you show me yours!

Yes, they are very different beasties, each one is inspiring me to play different stuff.
All I need now is a fretless and a SSII-5 and I will be whole. 8:

Hahaha I saw your pic on my mom's pc this afternoon herb. She has a wide screen monitor but had the resolution set to 1024x768. The left bass looked like a SSI-5 and the right one was OMGWTFLOL?!?!?
Now I have things in the right perspective and it looks loverly! Which neck do you like best?

haha thanks!
well for the first i like the nt necks a bit more. for the handling i prefer the 80 and 90' slim-broadneck like the ss1 but soundwise i love wenge/bubinga combination like my thumbs:) as you see i got a bunch of basses without my preferable best neck...

Streamer PRO M-5

Hello,

My name is Paul,
Im new here,

That's my new "old" streamer pro m-5 that I've bought from a portugese sound producer visiting my country recently.
It has a lot of dings and scratches but it works and speaks amazing.
What is strange is that itappears to be made in 1999 (basing on SN) but the neck is not ovangkol but wenge,

If I'm not mistaken in 99' the Ovangkol necks were phased in so there were still Wenge necks then.
Btw, congratz! awesome bass you got there ;)
