=The Warwick Streamer Club=

I'll give you my supa special BOTM settings:
- Bass flat
- Mids full opened
- Treble - just a little bit cut. Like.. almost nothing
- Pan - somewhere between the middle, and the neck pickup. More on the middle part, or the half of the way.
- Very important - the picking position with those settings - between the neck pickup and the neck.
Have fun :-)

... i found that setting for me, too. but my picking position is different.

the setting brings out the mids, flo :-)

Picking with fingers,& where you pick, make for alotta tones with the SS2.Digging in hard also BOTG quite a lot too.
BOTG=bring out the growl.

Hey guys - I might try the BOTM setting tomorrow night, although I kinda prefer them passive setting of my bass with the blend at 50/50. I agree with the comments on effects. I went through several pedals (BOSS OD3, Sansamp, VT Bass etc) trying to give my basses the added grit/growl that I heard in my head. No pedal ended up doing it sucessfully as they would always suck the bottom end out of my sound. Warwicks have that exact sound I want with tons of bottom!

Finally got a chance this morning (and what a loverly morning it is!) to take proper pics of my new SSII that I bought from Trujo. Got some family shots while I was at it!

I've already defiled the new SSII with black dunlop straplocks...please don't kill me!

Thanks Lex! Hard to believe I hadn't even played a Warwick until 2 1/2 years ago...LOL. And even more amazing that my wife hasn't killed me yet!

Beautiful family you have there Gerry! Congrats on the new SSII!

The SSII is my favorite bass in the world, bar none! There's no turning back now. Once you own a SSII, you're spoiled forever! ;)

Lookin' extremely cool there my man.8:
I think maybe our Streamers comefrom the same log.Mine even has that dark stripe running down the od between the volume & bass pots, but mine's not as prevelant on the back side.
Judging by your big smile,I'm guessing you just put the SS2 down for long enough to snap these pics. The only draw back is it's impossibe to take a detailed pic of the inlays. They're pretty intricate in detail huh.

huh... our basses might be siblings! They were both born in '07 anyways.. have you got a close up pic of it I can see??

I have been playing the SSII quite a bit, but I have tried hard not to let the Vette triplets get jealous..giving them a little time each day too.;)

I'm gonna take that as a challenge and see if I can get a good close up of the inlays...stay tuned...

Ah yes, the picture I requested... owner grinning in the background. That is one sexy lineup, brother...

Err, sorry, I moved it in photobucket. It should be there now.

I do take requests! Took me a while to find the time and get the right weather for some good pics. Today was a perfect day to have those babies out in the front lawn. The folks passing by (and we do live at a busy intersection) prolly thought I was a total kook!

ha ha yes! I swear that's exactly the kind of thing I was thinking too when I lined 'em up for that shot. In fact I almost captioned that pic with something like..."and for those of you guys into the back side..." ha ha...
