nice, i had a streamer just like this, but mine had gold hardware.
but i think black looks better, because it suits with the black pickups.

why is there one gold tuner ?

...but mostly because there was a problem with the ordering.

Thanks, mate!:) Yep, It has a bright quality to it coming from the maple that's just in the right amount to still sound phat... really elegant sounding (I'd say oldschool in some way) bass;)
 
So, well, I removed the Duct-tape from my ol' Workhorse and figured I'd let you guys see what she REALLY looks like.

And no, she never actually ever had a Truss rod cover.

Yes. The entire thing, is duct tape. Yes, that girl has
entirely too much time on her hands. (Though, she is
kind of cute... If she can stand my constant playing,
referring to all things related to playing, and the neglect
that comes with me playing... I think I could handle her
sitting around making crap out of duct tape. So, in
theory, her and I could have a wonderful relationship...

...Okay, I need to go to bed now. :lol:)

No, I don't know them personally, so I guess
I couldn't answer the other questions... I think
I saw them on an episode of Mtv something er
other... If you go to any search engine, and type
in duct tape art, it's actually a very popular medium
to work with now... There's other people who have
taken what this girl has to the next step, and it's
actually quite impressive. I believe the article I
got this picture from said creation took roughly
five hours a day, for almost five weeks.
 
I once saw an Ibanez bass factory finished in duct-tape. What a silly, silly idea.
 
I thought IPB's bass looked awesome.

It stands out, and what's cooler than that?
(Heck, no offense buddy, but it still does, lol)

that was the noodles-signature guitar.
noodles is a guitarist playing in "offspring".
he had his guitar covered in duct tape, and that's what ibanez did with his signature guitar then...
 
My '99 Streamer LX 5

I'm new here, this is my first post. 8:
Since last week I'm the proud owner of a second hand Streamer LX 5 '99 in good shape.
