=The Warwick Streamer Club=

Hello mates! I still can’t believe I scored this Custom Shop Streamer LX 4 in Midnight Blue Threadburst High Polish about 2 weeks ago. Masterbuilt in December 2016, it was made to display at the Warwick booth during the Winter NAMM show in January 2017! Such an amazing instrument! It even has its own video made by Warwick! I feel very lucky to be it’s owner. :)

NICE!!!!! I like the accents on the tuners and truss rod cover.

It's a 2015. Can't believe the quality. Solid, stable, responsive...with incredible tone. Just magnificent. Bravo HP and crew.
Never thought I was a fan of the wooden tuner keys and truss cover....but now, I'm suddenly a fan. Go figure :p
Unfortunately had to let Gracie go ('87 Streamer) to make room (in my house and in my bank account ). Though it seems it was meant to be, as I sold Gracie the same day Blondie here was delivered.

Hope you enjoy the pics!

Once again, congrats brother Hoggles! She’s a Blonde Bombshell Beauty! :D I sold my longest partner of 23 years (which I thought was gonna stay with me throughout my life), my ‘94 SSII5 after I got my 2015 SSII5 earlier this year. I never thought that would happen. IMO, the Custom Shop MB basses are that good!

Thanks so much, Rehan! Yeah, I'm REALLY loving this bass. So glad I did the swap. Some may question getting rid of a vintage Streamer for a modern one, but I agree with you...these new ones are indeed, that good. No doubt worth it in this case. Now I'm contemplating swaping out my '04 Thumb for a "new" one. Though I'd have to find a smokin' deal on a recent Thumb, to make it worth while. Incredibly, I only had to shell out a few hundred extra to make this swap. That made it an easy decision :)

What a bass, enjoy!

pommele was standard when ss2 was introduced basically all 88 models are pommele

Oh cool. I hadn't noticed that before. Looks like '87 SSII's were more straight grain, non-dapple and like you said...I see some '88's with the dapple grain. As always, thanks for the Streamer info :)

Well mates, she has arrived and she is as magnificent as I imagined! A Custom Shop Streamer LX 5 in Bleached Rose Stain High Polish that was built in December 2014 to be displayed in the Warwick booth at the 2015 NAMM Convention. It’s hard for me to believe that I have 4 and 5 Streamer LX basses that were both displayed in the Warwick booth at separate NAMM shows. I have named the 5 Rosie and the 4 Violet. :p The Masterbuilt basses are truly amazing and I consider myself very fortunate to be the proud owner of these basses.:)
