Isn't that the one Alberto Rigioni was using? That was for sale in bassdirect? If yes, this is one hell of a marvelous bass.

Can you please compare tonally Pedulla vs ZON ? Just few notes ?

Had an Ibanez SR06 a few years ago that I shouldn't have sold, but this is nice to doodle on.

This Pedulla is fretless, sooo. ;)

Anyway, ZON is a really modern sounding bass. Hi-fi, records extremely well.
Pedulla is more "classical" sounding instrument. For me, Pentabuzz is THE fretless bass.

The live picture is my LTD B-2005 which was their 2005 30th Anniversary edition, and I also have the other bass, B-500 which is similar, waiting for me to finish the payments. The B-2005 I got secondhand so its got a few (ok, a lot) of scratches, dents and the satin finish isn't too satin anymore, but that's why I'm getting a brand new similar one, so I can keep one in good nick and leave the other for gigging. Very different sound to my passive corvette :P
 
Did you change the pickups on that ACG? I think I played that one in a store here in The Netherlands but I think it had different pickups.
 
No the ACG went a few months ago to a fellow in South Wales. Although I believe he traded it too as it was immaculate and had a fear of damaging it.
Mine had a piezo bridge too. Fantastic custom bass, really top notch build quality, also it was a ♣♣♣♣in steal :D ultimately the string spacing was too narrow for me. There are quite a few ACGs around, considering Alan builds them all single handed he has quite a high product output.
 
Ah the one I played was . Similar but not quite the same. EDIT: LOL it's actually a different model all together.



If the preamp wasn't so different from the standard EQ basses I would've probably snagged it.
