I know I know...it's all a matter of taste etc. But I've found a deal on a brand new Warwick Streamer LX-5 for 1100 Euro. Unfortunately I can't try it out, so I wanted to know if there are any happy Streamer LX users out there. I once owned a Streamer Stage I, which I sold (how stupid of me)...

I am soo happy to have gotten my hands on a vintage (or soon to be vintage) 1991 SS1!!! I really miss these older ones. They had such a character and feel to them that is not being done on the newer ones. It is on its' way to me and I should have it by Friday/Saturday. Just thought I would...

about a year ago, after a very nice rehearsal with my band, we had a couple of drinks, and then I got home and recorded this on Audacity. I only used a 4-str Streamer LX and a Zoom b2.1u effect. I know the rhythm is bad and my articulation not too precise, but well... you can use it as a...

Hi guys, First post here and I've been looking to get my first Warwick but am a little short on cash. I found a great deal on a Streamer double buck and was wondering about some opinions on the dual humbucker config. Likes, dislikes? It hasn't been that appealing to me because it seems...

I'm considering buying a 1991 Streamer II. But it's got Basslines pickups and electronics installed instead of the original. I like the bass but I am unsettled over this. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi, I've recently been wanting to get a 6 string Warwick Streamer LX (the new 2009 ones with the flamed maple body). I want to add LEDs to the fretboard because it will look even cooler. I dont want to add anything else as it'll get too expensive. So here's my idea for it: - Black Oil...

I have a Streamer Stage II, I'm in the process of tweaking the setup(first time) and i would like to know if 2mm action at the 12th Fret when fretting at both the first and last fret is OK? Action is 4mm without fretting. Does this sound about right for the forwards bow in the neck?

Hi! I would be very thankful if anybody could explain me one thing. There's a little potentiometer on my Streamer Stage I preamp unit. What kind of adjustment it's aimed for? Pickups output? Or may be preamp output? I tried to adjust it with a little screwdriver - it definitely affects the...

I have just aquired a Streamer S1 in fairly poor condition, it is fitted with bassline pickups and has no actives, I believe that the pickups could be original equipment. Were these guitars fitted with passive pickups and a preamp or would it have been factory fitted with active pickups and the...

Thats correct! In the new issue of bass player, they had the reader's choice poll published and the warwick streamer stage ii took the cake for best bass over $2500! The Corvette $$ took 5th in the 1500-2500 price range. Figured you'd guys would enjoy hearing about this!

Hello Boys ! I bought this Streamer 5 strings in 1992. I'd like to sell it but for how much euros ? What is the price for this bass ? Thanks a lot.

Hi guys, I want a really versatile bass once. I have great one or two trick ponies like a Precision and a Rickenbacker, but I want something allround. At the moment I'm thinking about a standard Streamer $$. I searched on the forum for a while, but the search engine doesn't accept '$$' and...
