Welcome aboard, Friedlcore.

That´s a very nice Streamer, saw one in Thomann.de few weeks ago. Of course, we´ll love to see better pics. :)

Thanks for the warm welcome guys :) Got it from Thomann, went there with the intention of getting a Warwick, and first tried a Corvette $$ with Bartollini Pick-ups but this baby blasted the $$ to pieces. Very punchy and growly, beautiful sound. Its the number 3 of 4 units made. I love the very special look of this Bass. Here are some extra pics in better quality:

acutally there where 10 instruments made for station music in Jettingen Scheppach (near Ulm)
they seem to be no longer a Warwick Dealer. Would be interesting to know how this bass ended up at Thomann:-)

I somewhere have pics where all of them are seen

yours is the one in the back I think

here is a list

Yes your right, but there were 4 4-string basses with this setup made. Thats what I meant. With broad necks or 5 strings there were ten, thats correct. They told me they bought all the remaining Models. Mine is the second they sold, one is still at Thomann. I'm glad its Modell from 2007 otherwise I could not afford it. Funny fact: I tried both of them and the other one was about half a kilo lighter, but didn't sound that sharp.

congrats - when the bass was listed in early 2008 I remember thinking oh my god, how beautiful and how can they afford
this:-) Obviously the couldn't:-)

Had the first rehearsal with my new band on last saturday. Very nice rehearsal, I´m enjoying a lot the change from what i was playing before.

But what I really loved about the rehearsal was that at some point the drummer starts to talk about my Streamer LX and how it sounds: "I like how you could actually hear every note you play, that bass sounds very clear and not muddy at all". (Their previous bass player had a Gibson Thunderbird)

"Say hello to my little friend"

Hi, this is my first post here! I'm a new owner but I've wanted a Warwick since I saw them in a catalog in '92...

I just got a 1987 SS2, I'll be posting pictures as soon as I can :)
