=The Warwick Streamer Club=

Over 8 kilos is sooper heavy ! Wait, I thought that list was using a measurement system that made sense... my bad.

So, you mean the Imperial measurement system is totally nonsense and unpractical? First time I read that ...

active pro M should have the Masterman electronics (2 band EQ for each coil) never seen one with different pre (unless the pu was passive)

Nice one, Marco, you will like this bass! It is a punchier version of the streamer LX (if something like that exists). Sascha is right about the specs, you can do some wicked combinations with it, like boos lows on bridgoil only and treble on neck coil, and stuff like that! I used to own a fortress masterman!

Maybe it is just looking strange on the photo then. Oh well. I just got an email stating the bass is on its way to me so I will find out pretty quick.. More punchy you say Flo? This will be an interesting bass then and maybe complement my Pro1 rather nicely!

The bridge looks like it needs some setting up or I might replace the hardware right away for satin hardware. We'll see what shape she is in...

Imo, sometimes, but not always, I feel that chrome hardware makes a bass look cheap/normal, black hardware makes it look understated and a bit toylike on solid finishes, but gold makes it look a bit more costly, top-of-the-line and a little glamorous. In this case I therefore feel that the gold is right on! :) All imo of course. Also with the Warwick fret color, it's a good color match.

I'm not sure how accurate that chart is. I'm sure most is right, but it shows the Streamer Stage I and II as both having 26 frets. Unless I've gone crazy, I have never seen a Stage I/II have 26 frets, only 24. I know my Streamers only have 24. Was I screwed out of two frets?! If so, I want my brass!

Schlobodan bought a SS2 with 26 frets, this was 1 or 2 years ago. I saw this bass on Ebay Kleinanzeigen in Germany too, but hesitated to buy it because there was some repair waiting. Maybe this is a good moment to show us this bass? Schlooo? Schlohooo, can you hear me? Show us your 26 fret SS2 then!

24 is the number.

the chart is errounous.

Hardy is right I own a 26 fret streamer 5 in 1990 there where some of them

@hardy the neck is repaired the bass has been sanded but I have not finished and put it back together yet.

The original owner was the bass player of rio reiser:) he had a nice blue dolphin and one of the first Aliens as well:)

I know that one. It used to be owned by the bassplayer of Urban Dance Squad!

are the controls of my streaker stage one configured wrong?

went on youtube and typed 'Streaker stage 1' to see what would happen. Was not disappointed.

HAHAHAHAH WTF?

probably the stage monitor mixing guy, the band was sick of his sound - ♣♣♣♣ ups hahaha

Hehe my Pro-M can haz only one preamp, balance and vol pots AND active/passive switch!
Stringspacing is the oddest I have seen on a streamer, bass will get a full cleaning and setup tomorrow morning.
