Slowly getting there. Board of OMGWTFNOISYBASTRD.
Looks simple, is not. Signal runs in series for a bit then forks, runs parallel and either joins back into one amp through an ABY switch or runs into two separate amps.
Here's what it does:
Bass goes into tuner, which goes into the compressor and then into the EBS TremoLo.
TremoLo has two outputs. One goes into the Microtubes B3K, the other into the Pitchfork
Pitchfork (which is in latch mode) goes into the AMT SS-11A tube guitar pre-amp.
Outputs of the B3K and SS-11A currently both go into an ABY switch which combines both signals and sends that into my bass amp. Another option is running the B3K output into a bass amp and the SS-11A output into a guitar amp.
On the SS-11A there's a clean channel and a crunch channel which can also be kicked into lead mode, meaning it does clean, crunchy overdrive and hefty distortion sounds. On the clean channel both volume and gain are at 0 so I can switch to the clean channel in order to kill the SS-11A output completely.
Why so intricate? The SS-11A blows away both my Darkglass overdrive pedals with its two 12AX7 tubes and sounds much more harmonically rich. I use it parallel to my clean bass signal because it has no blend function, which one really needs on an overdriven bass tone... The B3K is still on the board but will most likely be replaced with something else.
The pitchfork which is in front of the SS-11A is in "one octave up" mode and only operates while holding down the footswitch (latch mode) so I can use the SS-11A either as a bass distortion or to emulate a guitard playing along with the bass on some parts.
Of course in this configuration the tremolo does not act as a tremolo but shimmers between the B3K and SS-11A channels, which sounds nice and eerie.

Maaan, problem!
I bought a Rockboard Power LT XL. Works fine with the EBS Multicomp. But not with the Boss ODB-3 and the Boss CEB-3. Already the pedals switched off there is a singing sound. Switching the effect on lets this singing increase a lot. I didn´t find any test in the web where people were talking about such a problem.

Problem solved!
I have to run the power from the Power LT into the Korg double tuner, that one has an own power out (check pic 2). Supplying the other pedals from this output with power trough a daisy chain is no problem. Strange, but it works!
Now I have an independent pedalboard! The accu of the Power LT works for 50 hours, enough for a gig. Ofc you can connect the power cable at any time. But no kicking it out by accident killswitches the pedalboard and the whole signal, fine! I also put the pedals close to another with EBS patch cables, now this is also secure. There is also an USB port on the Power LT to charge your phone/iPad/recorder.
Two small minus points:
- The "power button" on the Power LT is a fake, it works only to show the remaining power. To switch it off you have to pull the power cable out (that one going out to the pedals). That is stupid!
- The power in of the Power LT is placed on the left side (check last pic). This means you have no other chance but to place it on the most left position. Actually it is that small that you could place it between two pedals, it is lower than the sockets for the patch cables (see also last pic). But there would be no chance to connect the power cable. The power in should also be on the topside of the box.
But all in all I´m very happy!
I even could charge my BuzzTard with it???

thanks! i just took some construction wood made out of spruce from the company and built me something together.
a little sanding, oil, fire and wax did the trick. took me two hours of work but i'm happy now

We just gotta keep improving on stuff. Currently this:
The Ultra has landed and for now replaces both the Darkglass B3K and the VMT.
Signal path: Bass -> Wah -> Compressor -> Tuner -> TremoLo -> B7K Ultra -> Amp and/or FOH/Soundcard.

So... Any pedalboard changes lately? TremoLo and supersymmetry replaced by vintage microtubes and Aguilar TLC, no other changes.
While the TremoLo is awesome for slow stuff I hardly ever use it and the VMT overdrive is too good to not be onboard.
TLC compressor because my sound is more punchy with that. I did have to tame the treble on my amp EQ a bit because the mellowing qualities of the supersymmetry are now no longer present.

I ran a bunch of Boss pedals in the Boss pedal board; Boss BCB60 Pedal Board; Boss CS3 Compressor; OC3 Octave Pedal; Boss LMB 3 Limiter Enhancer; AW3 Dynamic Wah; TC Electronics DittoX2 Loop Pedal; TC Electronic Polytune Tuner Pedal; this lot worked a treat however although I felt the board was just too big and the Boss pedals a little awkward to use; I wanted to downsize and upgrade so I bit the bullet and sold off the Boss collection to part fund my new, well thought out and much improved stomp rack; it now consists of the Dunlop Bass Wah, MXR Bass Compressor; MXR Bass Octave Deluxe (best tracking octave pedal out there); TC Corona Chorus; Rodenburg GAS808 (excellent fuzz) and the 3 Leak Audio Proton EF which gives me great funky synth tones. I now use effects a lot more but at the same time much more focused to specific parts or phrases. I love the evolution, the journey - next; well Moog are looking tasty BassMuRF; and great thread James Hoy; Cheers Dave
