mix and match corvette ideas, more pics added too!!

Put some DR Black beauties on that bubinga 'vette!!..I put them on my STD, and not only do they sound great, they look Killer..They look great on mine with chrome h'ware and I bet they would look W better on yours!
 
I'd be tempted just to swap the hardware and leave the necks where they are. Or you could remove the necks and see how easily they are likely to fit... wouldn't force anything though!
 
nah im not defretting it...been there, done that with an Ibanez....

i've swapped the necks, both need a set up so both going to shop to get done for the next week...looks much better with neck swap.

is it bubinga or bubinga pommelle?? It seems to be more "pommelled" than the Thumb NT in my local shop...
 
some updated pics, after i've swapped the necks and electronics! its come up brilliantly, sounds sooo much better than the Ash body one!! The nicer grain neck really looks good with the bubinga body, do you agree??
