Is it possible to send a used bass to warwick to get the headstock changed to a matching headstock?

Hi I want to change the preamp of my Thumb 6 Bo, I have EMG (3 pots) and SD preamp(4 pots), it's better no to put more hole on my bass so I would like to try EMG's first. The active SD PUsis 100k, the EMG is 25K, is it O.K. to match them together??
