I 'd like to know if I could adjust string spacing on a custom shop piezo bridge like it can happen on the standard warwick bridge. Do you think that it worths to have a piezo bridge on a streamer jazzman?

Ok, here's one for you folks that have a Wick with a piezo bridge. How different is this in size/shape from the standard bridge? What I'm really wondering is: if I had one Wick with a piezo bridge, and another without, how feasible would it be to switch the two? Obviously there'd be some wiring...

I've just finished adjusting the truss rod, bridge, saddles and nut on my bass, and now the E-string will barely register and distorts beyond belief when run only on the piezo pickup! Does the string have to sit a specific way on the saddle to make it work or what? And it's not a battery problem...
