CS Thumb (the JTJ fretless piezo)

Dude! Jazzy McJazzerson! Awesome stuff man... beautiful tone and playing. That clip is making me seriously jones for a fretless!!

congratulation Anghel, very great sound  it's very soundly sound !!!

Nice and woody! I can't wait till I can afford my tj/j thumb! :D

Quite an impressive tone. :D Sorta has a believable upright tone, but it's definitely much more than that.

the woody thing is the piezo actually, on the electric part i used only two pickups out of three, the neck pu and the inner coil of the twin for a standard kind of tone, and everything is passive, no eq

maybe i'll record something short in a thumb5 fashion with the twin jazz only

how on earth did I missed this the first time?
this is some seriously nice fretless tone.

but I thought you sold the j/tj thumb?

first part electric, second part piezo; enjoy! sorry for the radio quality

The quality gives it a real warm vintage sound. It's better this way.

It would sound even cooler if there was a loop of that crackling sound that real albums makes mixed in with it.

Sounds really good though. Especially when the piezo is turn on.

thanks guys, the bass was sold, but it is a great bass. i only can recommend the warwick piezzo bridge for his tone.

I just realized the clip is on repeat I guess for 20 minutes :-) It makes me feel so good.
I wanted to share this thought with you, you crazy bastard! How could you sell this beauty!
