Hello, I have these questions: are all 411 cabinets made in China? Maybe new ones are made in China and older ones were made in Germany? And, if some are made in Germany (or elsewhere) how would you compare the Chinese-made to those other ones? Thanks.

The title says it all - I've noticed that whenever I use my rig (Tubepath 5.1 into 4 ohm version of WCA 411 PRO) at about more than half volume/gain, it starts emitting a crackling, popping noise.
