I'll start!

You know you're a bass player if you keep a bass next to your toilet!

You know you're a bass player if you've parked your car in a parking lot that didn't have any parking space lines and went, "Ooh, fretless!"

You know you're a bass player if you get pissed at the keyboard player for walking on your lines.

You know you're a bass player if you take pride in having a longer neck. Oh yeah, its long.

HAHAHAHA I do that, not dancing as I am a musicians and musicians can't dance :) but when going to sleep in bed. She has to keep reminding me her back/neck/shoulder is not a bass guitar :d:d

The last time I was looking at buying a new(er) car, I threw my string bass, my 4x10 cab, my 6 space rack, and two electric basses in my station wagon and drove to the dealership. The salesman asked if I was en route somewhere, and I told him no. However, fitting all of that in a car was a prerequisite.
