Those are gorgeous. I bet the SC weighs a ton.

Actually the SC is light, swamp ash body, bubinga top and a maple neck compared to wenge and solid bubinga like the 6 string.

I guess I am now officially a Thumb-a-holic.. Travelled to London by train on a 7 hour round trip to pick-up this beautiful 1989 NT6.. totally worth it!!

I tried 17 mm on my 5 but even then the B and G were sitting too close to the edge for me so I kept it at 16.5 mm.

I always think the old weathered Warwick headstocks look the best, the new black ones just don't quite got it!

It does have the brass frets but not the brass JAN (yet).

Ah ok, I do get confused with the differences. Makes me wonder if I don’t need one of the Team built special editions floating around. To me the brass frets are a big thing.

Matched headstock
Fancy leather gigbag
Possibly nicer figured wood selection?

Well that is wood! It's a thin piece of ebony. It is the newer ones that have plastic instead.
You can get it looking better by rubbing lemon oil on it - just like the fretboard
