=The Warwick Streamer Club=

Delanos are passive pickups but in my opinion they have a wider range. A noticeable improvement over the MECs. More growl too ! They are also completely silent when soloed. I had plans to change the preamp, but when I heard how these pickups sound with the MEC preamp. I decided to leave it be. The bass sounds fuller, more agressive. Just better in my opinion.

It sure looks more aggressive!

Yeah, I think the big magnets are pretty mean looking ;). Just had the bass taken apart. Gonna give her a thorough cleaning/ sanding, to be refinished in Gretsch orange!

Black hardware and big plots, an agGROOssiVE look !!!! ;)

keep on grooving Mr.bassie720

I plan to have my streamer refinished too. Will you keep us informed ? Thanks

Lucky guy. Azfelia is magic as usual and fretless too. No comment, just enjoy

I had a 88 stage II, we had great moments together...

Streamer CT & Steamer Stage I CS

My two babies, Silver and Blackie.
Silver, is a Streamer CT from 04, Black Chrome with bolt on neck, MEC pick-ups. Really growly sounding.

Blackie, is a Streamer Stage I Custom Shop from 08. Neck through with EMG pick-ups and D-tuner. Brighter snappier sounding.

Both are tuned low to high A#-F-A#-D#

I love your SS1!!!!
Which string gauge do you use on theses beauty?

Hi I use DR DDT 65-125 works really nice, really good strings, and I have tried a lot.

Not too heavy on the high F-A#-D#/ light on the low A#? I always have this problem when choosing string for drop-tuning... (I tune B-F#-B-E)

so i finally after two weeks my stage II arrived. yes raymond it's my first stage II and i'm very excited:)

well the bass lived a lot of rock'n'roll and has some dongs, is very dry and not clean as well.
but the good things about natural basses is to get them back in a fresh finish and make them look like new. you just have to know how. steel wool, lemon oil, furniture wax a bit passion and patience does the trick, here are my results:

I used to divide-up my playing time across whatever basses I owned at the time, e.g., if I owned 2 basses they'd get 50/50 playing time; 3 basses they'd get 33/33/33 playing time, and so on. But my recently-aquired SSII is quickly becoming my 'go to' primary bass, and the others are being used more for 'special situations'. With as many basses as you have, it will be interesting to see where she fits in... ;)

Well, I wonder how much time will my SS II FL will get between the $$ vette, Thumb NT, and my lovely Ricky.
