Dropped the price a whole $100.00. Anyone have one of this? Curious about the tone

I hope you like the sound of parallel wired humbuckers. Ed Friedland did a review of one where he puts it through the paces. If I had one, I'd switch the electronics to the ASB2s in a heartbeat (best pickup ever made).

Also...

If that isn't the punchiest face of all time, I don't know what is.

Serial number doesnt match the description, description doesn't match the guitar either.
Looks like a custom shop though.

Agreed...It jumped out to me as I was looking online and requested the photos and serial number. I have a photo of the serial number as well to confirm unless it is a replacement neck. :S

Ryan´s not really active since Mudvayne´s disbanded, now one of his Thumbs comes to sell...

Am I the only one that thinks something´s wrong with Ryan, I mean, he is one of the best players in the world, why someone with his talent would stop making music because his band broke?

I had the pleasure of meeting him several times at Warwick shows. He was heartbroken, really emotional about Mudvaine. He was grateful about Korn tour, but he didn't wanted to join another band if it wasn't 100% true to his ideals. I even asked why he didn't joined a very famous band in a similar genre (I will not name here) that needed a bass player, and he told me: "I don't know man, something is wrong there"
He prefer to work on his own music even if not successful, and work anything with his own hands to take care of his wife. He is building houses, hard working, he said he is not ashamed to work anything for his family.
A true artist model!

Why was this fretless beauty ever fretted... WHYYYYYYYYYYY!? Seriously, if that was still fretless, I would have done anything to get that bass. O.o This instrument was my dream bass and then someone put frets in it >.<

It's still tempting though. :P

Yees. That 6 is hot, and right now the best offer on a 6 thumb.

Does that price include sales tax and can you get it back when flying out of the country?
