The Heads Up Thread

A CS made for Claude Le Peron, a session bass player, and also the bass player of JJ Goldman (famous french songwriter).
It's in southern France.

God dammit, finally one of these pops up and it's priced stupidly.

That's Australia for you....

There is a stage 1 4 string in aust too where the guy can't sell it for 1800. What makes this guy think people will pay 3.3k for a 6 string? Funny people blame the market for not being able to sell there basses when they expect to sell their bass at a joke of a price

That's a pity. I just thought about getting there next weekend. It's one hour from where my parents live :D

Special edition 2011. Nice looking but kinda high price, but it is only a 2011

They changed the preamp for Pro-M and Mastermans in the later years from the Seymour Duncan with bass/treble for each side of the pickup (so you have 3 stacked pots) to MEC with just one bass/treble potmeter. (One stacked pot)
My old Pro-M was from 98 too and had the same setup.

I massively prefer the Seymour Duncan over the MEC, because you can get a LOT more sounds out of the single pickup.

Funny, the 60006 wiring diagram for the fortress mentions MEC parts.
I'm trying to find the parts to change the electronics in my buzzard for this kind of setup with two B/T control. Should be killer.
I have the "simple passive" version in my Danelectro (two Vol/Tone stacked) and it's really useful to lower the tone of the bridge P'up to obtain a deep, ballsy tone.

No, I don't think. But I can help you out with it as i'm already in touch with the seller :-)
Pm. For details if you want :-)
