I was at The Bass Place in Scottsdale today and tried both the 6.0-210T and the 3.0-10T. For my needs at church, the 3.0-10T is going to be just the ticket! I can't believe how light it weighs, yet how heavy it sounds! I was rattling the walls/windows at the store with only 175W through that single neo 10". Price from The Bass Place on the 3.0-10T is $729.00 USD and the 6.0-210T is $1195.
The only thing I didn't like on both units is the hi freq. attack switch - it made the amp hiss through the horn at all times and was too "shrill" sounding for my tastes. However, I could turn the switch off and add some highs from the active EQ instead and get great results. The other two shaping switches offered very nice character to the tone, and the active EQ was very versatile and effective.
The 6.0 with 2x10 combo obviously offered more volume and headroom, and the tube pre in it can warm things up, though I didn't care for the tube gain distortion when cranked up. I find the tube overdrive in my SWR Mo' Bass to sound better. But for just warming things up a little, the tube in the 6.0 does a fantastic job!
With both combos, I could get the speakers to fart out, but only if I abusively cranked the pre and post levels. The 3.0-10T still held its own and definitely had more volume than I would ever need anyway. With the volumes set properly, it was able to nicely handle the low B on a Warwick Streamer $$ in full, all-coils on, humbucking mode, and it shook the store!
The strange thing is, I think I actually preferred the tone of the FET pre and single 10/micro tweeter/micro rear-ported cab of the 3.0-10T combo. It could fill the room (especially with the low boost switch adding a nice sub harmonic rumble), yet sound so clean and cutting, or scoop the mids with the switch and it comes alive with musical character! The 6.0 can also clean up, but the 110 cab seemed to be more focused. Both combos had plenty of punch!
But at only 18lbs., vs. 41lbs. for the 6.0-210T, I am sold on the 3.0-10T combo. In fact, this 18lb. "giant" is almost lighter than my Warwicks!

BTW, here's a couple new shots of changes to my gear (nothing new, just rearranged):
I pulled my Interstellar Overdrive and put a vent panel instead. The 'Stella was messing with the tone of the Mo'... Now my rack's cleaner looking and sounding!
And here's my Genz-Benz 3.0 head, removed from it's combo dock and paired with my 4 ohm SWR Goliath Jr. III 2x10 cab for a nice (and LOUD) 300W mini rig:

my 2 warwicks (ss1 6string and LX 5string), Gallien Krueger 1001RB head, (2) neo 212 cabinets, roland juno g workstation, behringer V-amp guitar processor, behringer autocomp stereo compressor, behringer powerplay pro headphone amplifier, and behringer truth b2031a powered nearfield monitors.
gear not pictured:
fender marcus miller jazz bass, ibanez btb 455 5string w/ aguilar preamp, schecter studio 6string, fender hwy 1 stratocaster, korg dtr1000 tuner, audio technica 3000 series wireless and boss looper pedal. i also have a pearl lacquer export drum kit, various dynamic/condenser/drum mics and an edirol ua-25 audio/midi interface.

thanks. it is much smaller than what it used to be due to my wife an i downsizing in houses. i am planning to convert my garage into a studio after my touring schedule lets up in the fall.
