What’s it?
Monitor correction box. You measure the acoustics at listening position and it will correct the frequency and phase response of your monitors for easier mixing and mastering.
On top of that it can load profiles of well known studio monitors so in effect I can test my mix on an emulated Yamaha NS10 and a number of other famous monitors.

Seems like a very very nice tool to have in any home studio imho.

That sounds like a great tool. I think my brother needs it, he’s having some issues with the sound he’s getting from his home studio monitors. 👍

That's pretty cool. Didn't know such a thing existed. 👍

Bought this on a whim. I liked the idea that you can carry your own rig in your pocket.
Yes, you can't have effects.
BUT, you can profile your rig with the effects on.
No you can't modify the parameters on the fly
But honestly, if I can capture my SWR rig, the LeBass Clean witht the EBS Sheehan on, etc. and have it on the go, I'm OK.
We'll see. I'll need to borrow a decent microphone, though.

I absolutely had to get one of these. I have the ME-50B, which I bought used back around 2007. It wasn't my first multi (that honor goes to the old 90s-era Zoom) but it was the beginning of my true effects obsession. It recently developed a problem with the power jack, which is totally repairable, but when I saw Boss released this, I just couldn't help myself. This will probably just be a "living room pedal", but there is still nothing more fun than a multi.
