I'm In The Hospital This Weekend. Prayers Appreciated...

losing weight... man ive been at it for months now...

i work out and train a lot... but at the same time, i think i eat like crazy too *lol* calories in = calories expended result is, i maintain my weight albeit a little bit stronger *lol*

i also use to keep a food diary and it helped a lot... i could send you my format in excel, and you could just fill it up but its too bad its in my other PC ...

You're young, you will soon be up and playing the bass again. Best wishes. :)
BTW: My motherinlaw (age 73) had the same operation just before Christmas , and today she won the local bowling championship for seniors.

Hope you'll get better buddy...

Not being allowed to eat sucks, man. You feel so drained. I did surgery in my hip when I was in second grade (had a cyste, still have. The bone was about as thick as an eggshell.)
And I'll never forget the day before my first surgery. Still, your in the hospital for some trouble with a major organ. Again, best wishes for a speedy recovery, hospitals suck, but they do the job alright! ;)

You're a courageous guy to have a good sense of humor in hard times. Sending positive vibes your way mate. I know you'll be up and about in no time. :)

I've had hand surgery many a year ago... And they wouldn't let me eat for quite awhile before they did it... And then for quite a few hours after they finished up... And man, Was I starving!

mark i'm so sorry .. i have a lot of health problems too .. from december. i hope you'll be better soon, just don't panic, that's not good for your heart!

i will pray for you, and for the rest of the forum too  .. this is a crazy begining of a year .. i hope we'll finish it well, with some CS warwicks at the end and the same good talks about basses

Hope all goes well.

You don't need good luck - there's nothing luckier than collapsing in the hospital. It could have been much worse if you'd collapsed somewhere else. So now they know what's wrong it's just a case of making you better and that sounds like it's a formality.

Keep your spirits up :)

That is so true, and some family and friends with me were saying the same thing!

Turns out the procedure will have to wait until tomorrow because they had an emergency that took priority, but at least I get to eat dinner tonight! :D
