I wouldn't change much, in my eyes Warwick has made the standard Thumb NT a dream bass even without the custom options. But if I had the extra money, of course....
 
I'm gonna have to rock the boat a bit here and choose my Kinal...it's pretty much the perfect bass.
 
I know it's blasphemy considering where I am, but it would be my WAL MKII with birdseye maple facings on mahogany. If I currently had the money to think hard about a Warwick Custom Shop bass, I might be able to swing it that way though...

I would have the front pickup move closer to the neck like the Thumb 4 style.
The body would have to be Bubinga.

I would love to be able to use just one bass for everything.

The first Warwick I ever played was a Thumb in about 93. It was a Thumb 5 NT CS with soapbar pickups. I don't remember what type. The neck pickup was closer to the neck then the standard Thumb setup. I played it for one song on stage and have been dreaming of owning one ever since. I would need no other bass.

Here are Hanzo's CS bass ideas. I threw in a few other versions so you can get an idea as to what it would look like without fretboard LEDs and such.

I like the bubinga one with no fretboard LEDs, the macassar ebony one, and the rosewood one with LEDs.
 
I've only had G.A.S. twice in my life...

Once for my Warwick Thumb BO BN 6
and then for my Markbass rig...

I now have it again... For the ebony Thumb BO BN 6... I must have it!
 
simply one of my vintage nt thumbs! i'm so happy with them, at the moment it would be the 5er.....

Absolute sick work dude!!! :D The third one from the top is the one and with the ash back. The ebony one is just WOW! :shock: The Bubinga is more me though. I have to go now. I peed my pants just then.... :roll:

At the moment my dream bass must be a SSI 5 string with AAAA flamed maple body burgundy red oil/Honey violin. Red LED's on front of the fingerboard and headstock for the red oil and yellow LEDs for the honey violin.

"Ooh mr. Mockup!! ;D"
Edit: If you could make one of each with gold and black hardware, i'd be very thankful =)
