Green Streamer Project

Actually the real shade is hard to catch on picture :) a very light green though.
 
Limelight hehe. You were right the bass looks a lot better when you're wearing it then on a stand.
 
Flo, I'm not tech savvy enough to figure out how to do this...but you should now change the sunglasses color in your avatar to matching green! We'd all know what that's about...8:8:8: :-)
 
If this actually starts spreading among YOUR basses, I already have a name for it: The Green Desease.

Sascha will buy his green bass back, after we do some more ultra sexy mods :)

Wait, wait, you did this mod, going on and on about how it's an awesome mod and how it's exactly what you want, and then immediately trade it, now using something bone stock!?!?!
 
So here is the story :)
First time I tested the black streamer one year ago, and I was in love. Unfortunately a friend of mine bought it, so I couldn't have it. Later he gave the bass to Adrian, and I asked Adrian to sell me that bass, and he said noes.
so I had to ask Sascha in my knees to sell me the nicest streamer he had' because I thought it was the same as the black one. But they don't sound the same, big difference actually. They both sound great, but different, and for my band, the black one is perfect as it is.
The green one was good enough, but I wanted to put the P pickup in the Buzzard position, as my xbass, to have the sound I am used with.
Well, Adrian decided to sell the bass eventually, so I bought the black one which is my main bass now. Since Sascha didn't wanted to sell me the green streamer, I thought it was fair to ask him first if he wants his beloved bass back. and he wants it :)
Of course, not before putting mirrored P's inside :)
 
Florin, how would you describe the differences in those two basses, and what made you fall in love with the black one in the first place?
 
Yep, that just about does it for the "it's my bass, I can do what I want with it" argument.

I'm going to go out to dinner with a friend's girlfriend and bring her back with fake boobs, a different hair colour, and one leg.

Only problem is that atm she has only one fake boob:)
