Hi, anyone had any problems with strap lock posts on corvettes, only had it a matter of weeks [from new] and the post became loose because of the deteriation of the rubber "o" ring which fell off? Any ideas, the dealer said it may be a one off, Im not so sure. Cheers

I guess i need a new strap. My strap fell off and my dad said i need a new strap if its that worn out. :-\ im not complaining i guess, but what would you guys recomend? i was using a comfort strap, but it was too long. Getting it today so fast replies are greatly appreciated.

I just bought a 2004 Streamer LX 4 string, and I can't get the strap locks attached. They seem very slightly too big and won't fit in the holes. Any suggestions?

Hi guys, Need to find the strap part of the recessed strap locks which I believe are made by Jim Dunlop. Anyone know if the regular Dunlop straplocks will work with the recessed plugs? They seem to be easy to come across here in the UK, but I can't find a dealer for the recessed kit. Ta P

So I checked the new Warwick 2007 catalogue, and it appears that all models are equiped with JAN3 and strap lock. That's really cool news.............. :wink:

My 97 vette needs new strap locks which I can't find. They are Dunlops. I called Dana B Goods and they don't have any and don't have a part # but they were looking. They haven't called me back yet. Any idea where I may find some. The new recessed Dunlops are two big for the existing holes...

The pin to which I attach my strap keeps coming unscrewed on my Thumb bass. The body wood is ovangkol. What's the best way to keep this from happening? I've contemplated coating the screw with epoxy and re-screwing, but I thought I should check with the experts here. Thanks!

Where can I buy Warwick strap locks? I would like to install strap locks on my Thumb 5-string and Corvette 6-string that are identical to the strap locks that came on my SSII 5-string.

I have a 99' thumb and one of the strap locks thats on it keeps coming loose. Does anybody know the brand of the strap locks they use, cause i was going to replace them.
