Warwick Replacement Bridges

I have recently purchsed a Steamer Pro M (1997). The bridge is abit knacked so I have purchased a replacement from Warwick. My question is. Will the replacement bridge be inferior to the original. I posted a question about repairing the bridge perviously, and was given the impression that a new bridge would not be as good as the original. Is this the case?

well they are supposed to be the same. Unless for some reason you have a 1 piece bridge (which would be very surprising), the 2 piece bridge would be better IMO.
 
replacement bridge

Hi,

Thanks for all your respones. I have now fitted the replacement bridge, and indeed, it is no diffierent other than the fact that It now works correctly.
