About the japanese speed freak I think is a good thing to have such speed, but it will be better to use it when it has some musical sense. Sometimes people forgets that technique is a tool for music, not the reason for music.

The Wooten guy was incredible, as seth said before, kudos to him.

He has such a great voice. Reminds me of this guy Keller Williams who plays like 30 insturmenst and just overlays them on stage to make wicked cool songs. Should check him out, even if he is a dirty hippie.

I even started to learn the song, it looks cool and sounds better, went through a few bars, but the narrow string spacing on my bass is making it thougher.

Also a good song to practice some grooving, without the clicks it can be played fingerstyle easily with a bit of tapping.
