Actually, if you factor in tax and shipping, not to mention Guitar Center's abysmal service, you could probably get very close to the same price for a brand spankin' new one from The Bass Place. Randy gave me an incredible deal on the 4 string version recently. If they have any left that is.

Quite the opposite actually. Tonally, they kick so much ass. I love mine, but am considering putting it on the block again to put money in my pocket.

Damn....total score dooderz! Congrats! Looks to be in great shape. Tabs are gone from the JAN2, which means the strings have been changed at least once in it's life And also, it has a pretty unique "W" on the headstock. Must just be the pattern of Abalone...but that middle part is so light, it's almost invisible in the pic. Cool beans!
