My Thumb LTD 2001 was flooded:-(

I'm positive that my Thumb will survive. I've been letting it gently dry up for 3 days. The neck is straight and I've found no crack on any part of the bass. I'll give her some more days to dry up and perform plastic surgery on her

I'm already missing the Thumb tone. My two other basses (American P & Geddy Lee Jazz) are fine, but they don't give me that Thumb growl. I'm having a GAS attack to buy another Thumb or an FNA.

good luck mate, I hope the wood of the bass won't move and be sure that there's abolutely no humidity in the control cavity

Not yet Although I have taken some pretty crazy chemicals to mine to strip all the original wax off followed by some pretty gritty sand paper and other stuff...

I once left a bass out in the sun many years ago when I first started playing... The polyurethane on the fretboard melted and the pickups cracked... California summer heat
