Hey folks, I got the above mentioned thumb in a trade... can´t seem to find a decent review on the beast. Anybody play one of these ?? Mine is also modified with better electronics and pups.

I have a dilema.There are two Thumbs currently on the market. Thumb NT 4 made year 2001. and the older one from 1989. I haven't tried neather of them yet 'coz they are cca 600km apart from each other...I have pictures of 1989. one and waiting for pictures of 2001. to arrive... Thumb from 2001...

I recently purchased a really nice 2001 std steamer bass from ebay in the UK. The only problem with the bass is a nasty ding on the bottom of the body. Does anyone have advice on how I can repair this? Best Wishes 8)

Hi everyone, I'm trying to re-set up my flooded Thumb 2001 LTD (aka the Phoenix). Well, I finally buffed it with 0000 steel wool and waxed it. It looks like new now! Does it have a bi-flex truss rod or a standard one? Thanks.

Due to unbelievable flooding in New York, my Thumb 2001 LTD was underwater for about one day :-( When I rescued it, it was covered with mud, debris, you name it. I cleaned it with dry rags. I'll let it dry for some time. I assume all the electronic components are dead. If this bass does...
