Uhh, that is a big improvement! Tight B string sounds, definite tone. I would not use it on stage, but for my home use it’s fitting!

He was a member here for maybe one week. Started a rant with Schlo and was rejected soon. I know the bass will have a lot of wear. But I will give it some TLC and some red side LEDs. How about a „Mad H“ name plate?

I am thinking about trading my beloved Infinity TCS SN Zebrano against a Marleaux MBass 5. The Infinity is great, especially the sound. But I am really curious about the Marleaux. Do you have any experiences with their MBass?

Xmas - good point Body is bubinga, neck is maple. Not sure about the PUPs, but Marleaux usually has Delano PUPs with their own preamp
