I am getting the vette double buck, from what I read it has recieved great reviews-no? Now I was thinking of getting the BO vette customized as a fretless with inlays and a wood top of a specific choice added as well. Or would it just be wiser to go the default vette $$ NT fretless option...

I got new strings for my Thumb Bolt-On 6 BN and I am going to take the 4 highest strings and put them on the Vette. Is there anything that need to do special for this? I figured I would need to check the intonation, but I wasn't sure about what else. Thanks for any help.

how exactly do you care for a vette $$ with a natural oil (nirvana black) finish? as its not a polish im guessing you dont have to apply anything...or do you? or is just a rub down with a clean rag enough?
