Sorry if it's been asked already, but i couldn't see it.
When is the new rockbass range arriving to the UK? I've not seen them in any shops or in any online UK shops yet and i really want to try one out!!
I have nothing to say against the Rockbasses except for this one thing. My Rockbass' battery panel is bolted with 5 screws. Usually guitars/basses with active pickups have covers which can easily be removed by hand. So far I didn't have trouble of dead batteries on stage but it might happen some...
Hi! I'm currently thinking of buying a Rockbass Vampyre (but not the 2009 model with the new bridge) as a backup bass; thing is, I hate how the chrome hardware looks on it so my 1st mod would be replacing all the chrome with black hardware (stealth look). I can find knobs & tuning machines, but...
I am trying to find info on how much the RockBass models weigh.
The Spec sheet from the web site does not have this info.
Interested specifically in the Rockbass Fortress 5 string.
Also, how much does a Warwick Corvette Standard 5 (not rockbass) weigh?
How well do your RockBasses...
Im thinkin 'bout taking the colour out of my Warwick Rockbass to give it a nice natural finish. Does anyone know how to do this safely with out screwin' up the bass?
I've been really wanting a fretless, and not having enough spare cash to warrant a german one, I'm thinking about a Streamer LX fretless 4, in vintage white.
Has anyone got a white rockbass fretless (any model)? love to see some pics!
...
Don't know if this is new information, but in the German "Bass Professor" there's an article about the Warwick history.
Nice made, not to much pictures though :(
But they tell the Rockbass production would be moved from China to the Czech Republic (that's right hand next to germany, for...
I was looking over my Corvette and it doesn't have a JaN - the nut is part of the headstock top. I was wondering if the rockbasses have always had JaNs, and if not, what year did they go into production with them. (Mainly, I'm trying to date the bass itself, as it doesn't have a serial number...
I've been looking at the pictures of rockbasses, and is it just me who thinks that the rockbasses look nice enough except the Streamer that looks like a toy?!?!?
Not trying to troll, but the Warwick Streamer looks so nice and deserve a better rockbass. The Rockbass Corvettes and the Rockbass...
I went by Guitar Center today and was looking at the Warick/Rockbass section and saw something interesting.
The Trussrod cover where it usually says Warwick now has the Model name on it and it is also a snap out caver like on the Warwick models same thing with the cavity cover on the back...
Ok, so far I know these as the main differences:
- Assembled in China
- Regular wood instead of exotic ones (Alder / Maple)
- Electronics
Apart from that all the rest is the same as a true warwick?
The rockbass I purchased buzz's like a blown speaker on the low notes played on the b string when I play really hard I thought it was the battery. Changed it, had the bass set-up like I want it and it still buzzes llike a blown speaker when I play it thru my new amp. Took it back to the store...
