Hello, I've been fortunate to be able to do some traveling while playing in my band. On several occasions, we've had to take domestic flights within the United States. I thought I would share some of my experiences, and show some pictures of the flight cases that I have found that work for...

Hi guys, Im new to this forum and have a question that someone might have previous experience with. I have just enough saved for the warwick rockbass corvette basic 5 string active that I have wanted for a long time and a case for it. My question is do either of the cases (RC10805B or RC...

Hi, I own a Thumb NT from 1985 that I bought at the time together with a flightcase. The inside of the case (the material to protect the bass) is dissolving and crumbling away (see pictures). As a consequence, the bass is covered in small black / grey stuff and it is no longer held firmly in...

hello members, is there any case for my streamer stage II that isn´t that big like the regular flightcase by warwick? it´s good cause it´s build like a tank, but just too tall for my car :-) didn´t find one yet... thanks and greets!!

Can anyone reccomend cases that fit Fortress Bass? It's a larger than standard size with that extended top horn. I would be particularly interested in the "hard foam" lightweight cases such as the ones by Rockcase and Kinsman but would be interested in more professional abs or flightcases too. I...

OKay, I didn't get any real answers on the last thread. I appologise for posting this here again, and I've searched for some information, but none is really helping me. I have a choice between:- Warwick RockCase ABS10505 or the Hiscox STD Liteflite case. The case needs to fit a...

I know it says Flight Case, but just how safe is this to allow baggage handlers to "take care of" my baby using this case over a short one and a half hours flight? I'm stuck between this and Hiscox STD bass case. I think the Warwick one would fit the Corvette's unique shape better, but I've...

I was wondering if anyone has used the Warwick RockCase soft case and how they liked it? How does it compare to a regular hard shell case or a regular gig bag for that matter? Thanks again!

hi folks. i'm looking for a new case for my streamer, because my old case starts breaking up. what i want: a case that is more on the lightweight side, and it shouldn't be one of those cases you can get a fender in, because the streamer is much smaller than the fenders. that means, that...

I have a thumb fretless, that has been in a gig bag for a while, so I decided to get a case for it. Not finding anything at the local music store that would do, I found a warwick rock case on ebay, and fro $60 gave it a try I know I wasn't going to get some top of the line item, but it really...

Hello. I am seriously thinking about purchasing a Warwick Streamer, stage 2 bass guitar. The only criticism I have seen on the Streamer, Stage 2 is something called pick-up hiss, I think. I cannot help but wonder about this. Is it only at extreme volume? What does the Warwick company...

I'm looking for a head case for my Quad VI. I currently have a 2 space rack for it but the problem I keep running into is the depth of the case. There is alot of space from the back of the head to the back of the case. Making it kind of a pain to reach the outputs. I want a case that fits...

I am going to buy a Warwick hard shell case to protect my Thumb BO, and I was wondering which one to buy and where to buy one in the UK. I was looking at the Bass Centre, and they have the Casket Flightcase WCK10805, and the Warwick Flight Case ABS10505. The casket case looks interesting, but...

Hello, I like to ask you a question, someones know if a corvette $$ 5 string will fit in a bass coffin case or not? I specifically talking about this 2 Someones have tried this kind of case? they are good or not? thanks to all :)

Hi all, When warwick ship your (or in this case, my) custom bass, I understand that it will be in a hard case. Is the inside moulded to the shape of the bass with bits of foam? i.e. just padded with shaped bits of foam. Or is it "fully moulded". I.e. moulded and covered in felt? Would...
