Warwick thumb active problems

Ok to clarify when i pull the volume knob in the up positions it is in passive mode correct? Well that would be the one working then if so.

My problem I guess lies with my active mode (when the volume knob is down).

Well when in active mode I get no response, no crackle noise like a pot is busted, just nothing. I just now put a new battery in and it still isn't responding and i checked to see if any wires have became un-soldered and everything seems to be making contact. Still no juice or anything in active mode.

I'd suggest adjusting the wiring harness connectors while in active mode. Sometimes they tarnish and lose contact. Otherwise, a visit to a tech might be in your near future.
