Warwick Corvette 5 nut

I have a 5 string corvette proline warwick.

I would like to put an E string Where the B string goes now. Is there a pre made nut that I can screw in? Or any opinions on how best to achive this.

Would like to string it like EADGB

You should be able to restring the bass without changing the nut without any trouble. If it's a JAN II, be careful while removing the strings. Those pesky tabs could break.
