it's quite hard to find 5stringers for low price, i know what ya mean! but i can tell this bass will give you lot of joy too! i love my one and never regret eventhough i found a 5er 3months later. you will love it! cheers!
 
I just tried the bass plugged in...I'm in love...lots of booty to spare, yet still that Warwick edge to cut through...

I'm very much looking forward to getting your impressions of things when you get an SS2 Samuel.I too once believed I'd found "the grail" with a Thumb NT.Then my mind was swayed after I gotta Stage 2.
Congrats mate,you've seriously earned this Thumb.It's been quite a search.Enjoy is brother. :)
