I'm waiting for my 2007 Thumb 5 NT..............should get it this week I hope.............. :twisted:
 
Mine arrives next monday...just waiting for the seller to get back from holiday!
 
Waiting until July for permission to order a CS bass.. or if someone has a SSII fretless 5 string they could let go.

Waiting to get Eden cabs off of Boston Asphalt... a 210XLT and a 115XLT...

Wating for Vampyre SN 5 since November '06. Should be here this month or in June :x
 
Ah well...after a long wait, the thumb really wasn't all it was cracked up to be (literally)! The bass had a nasty crack in the headstock, and really wasn't what I was after :(

It all turned out fine though....I got my paws on a stunning Kinal MK 5 string with an amazing maple top. I've never really been much into non-warwick basses, but this one plays like a dream, and has an unbelievable sound!

Anyone else got any experience with Kinal?

Well, hopefully yours will come thru for you better than mine did for me.

I'd have loved to get an NT5, but I think I'm pretty much just as happy as I would have been with the thumb. I'm not that big a fan of NT basses.
 
Well,

it's a spanking new 2007 model, so I'm not expecting cracks or anything nasty............... 8) Woo-hoooooooooooooo, it's almost mine !!!!!!! :D

Finally,

looks like I'm getting my 2007 Thumb 5 NT this Friday....................What a friggin' long wait...................we'll see how this baby is going to look like.....................not to mention the Pommele................ahh, the Pommele................... :D

How about a 5 stringer ?? You ever thought of getting one ?? :wink:
 
Whats with all this waiting? Are these basses made to order? I sympathize with Mr Drexil. Hope you returned the cracked bass for a refund. I got my Thumb NT within 4 days of placing the order and the electronics were defective. Got a new one and told them to keep the defective one. Like anything else, nothing's perfect.
