The Heads Up Thread

Graham, I personally think it is a good idea to increase the awareness by doing this. Warwick is becoming a better known brand, and people have less and less misconceptions about Warwick. Not all the facebook followers are our fans though :-) But it is OK...

I'm cool with the giveaways. If I win something, I won't sell it. I'll be happy :)

What happened with the "freedome of choice"? If you win something, or someone gives you something you don´t like or will actually use, well, what´s wrong with changing or selling it?

TBH, I would have done the same with that mini bass if I won it, I could not care less abot Sam Rivers or Limb Buisquit... ;)

I figured as much.

I put a bid on it, hopefully I win!!! Please let me win, forumites!!

Man that's a real nice SS1, with single coil: it looks like SS2 placement? I wonder how this would sound !!
Please tell me how how is the sound if you win !!

Good luck !!

Used Hellborg pre at Guitar Center Manhattan used website. $1200 usd.

If I hadn't just bought another bass and going to look at an $1100 drum kit tonight, I'd buy that pre.

Oh well :)

If they have it in a week, it's mine.

I just ordered a custom bass too but it's hard to pass up HB gear even though i have it. Glad i got it when i did since it's only getting more expensive.

This is back on the 'bay

As much as I want one of these, the crack behind the stock would turn me away

Cracks can be fixed very well. As long as that is all there is to the crack, it would be perfect repair candidate. Too bad the price is a tad high

However it looks like the repair has been done... and I'd have hoped for a tidier repair than that, which would concern me.

So if a damaged one is worth that much money, how much for my perfect one that has never been played? ;)

You have a virtually brand new Infinette? *jealous*

It was used as a review bass for the UK 'Bassist' magazine and I bought it right after (back in 91-92) and I've never gigged it since (I had a 2nd Infinette that was my gigging bass).

That is the one bass I would sacrifice the Vampyre for. I love the Corvette and Infinity, it's both wrapped into one package. Gorgeous birdseye on those basses. I wish I could just SEE an Infinette. Totally GASsing for one of these.....

Well I'm not sure when this puppy will arrive, but I can confirm that it's mine ;)
