The Heads Up Thread

What is custom shop about that bass? The color? Meh. I hate how people try to overemphasize something as custom shop or limited when they haven't done anything unique or all that different to the bass.......
I don't like it when people try and pass off a regular bass as a custom job, but that looks like a custom shop bass to me. There's the colour, like you say, but also: it's got a matching headstock, which is CS or SE only, and it looks to have an ebony board, which is also CS-only feature on a fretted $$. The JAN1 and gold hardware were probably also CS items (although they could have been mods made by the owner).

Just one thing is missing, The CS Logo on the back of the headstock.

which means as the old one was a plaket, it has fallen off, or the options were DIYed. Checking the serial would confirm if its a CS though :)

This looks like the best 5 banger for cheap that's been on ebay for a while. There's been another in the past month plus one currently on ebay for $100 more.

This is probably one of the best sounding warwicks I've ever tried. I mean it... I tested one like that at Markneukirchen. It is fat, Precisionish, but still articulated. Sweet!
