The Heads Up Thread

"Up for your consideration is a used Warwick Corvette Hot Rod Limited 2005 4 string bass guitar. I am not the original owner but have played it sparingly over the years and it is time to sell it to someone who appreciates it. I currently own a Streamer LX and play that one the most. The worse nick to the bass is pictured. Neck is straight. Electronics work as they should. Frets are in solid condition. No fretboard ware. The bass will need set up once it arrives. Bass will come with a gig bag, no hardshell case.

No trades or best offers, PERIOD.

NO returns!!!!!!!!!! Bass is sold as-is."

The last line in bold gave me a little concern as he gave the bass praise then included an out at the end. Maybe I am reading to much into it.

He probably doesn't realize that those words mean nothing in eBay. If he doesn't disclose an issue, and puts up that boiler plate crap, and the buyer files a claim, the buyer will win.

Beautiful. I can't read german. Are those frets original? Seems to have been heavily restored and tinted. Almost 30 years.

All original but the strap locks. Professionally repaired crack in the neck (Warwickhunt, do you hear me? ;)).

Mojo :-). And a round sticker removed. Who the f&&k puts a sticker on a wood bass. It's soo 80s . I think this bass needs some sanding and wax.

You should snag htat for the Stoner you'll play with your band. Leave the Stryker alone. :-)

I saw that Stryker have heaps of bids and sell and now it's relisted. Wonder what happened there..?

I know I hould not even consider this...
But I am, in a weird way, attracted to this poor bass...
