The Heads Up Thread

[DemBoneZ]

My boss is going to Italy in a few weeks.... I'm going to try this

[Nachobassman]

Thumb 4 ltd ed €600!

When something is too good to be truth, it´s not true.

Gahh, I wish the dollar was better. I kinda miss mine.

Yeah, I contacted the $eller after the auction finished. It should be delivered today. I got it for a Bit Less than he was asking. ^ .. ^

[Gnermo]

Absolute bargain then for one of my favourite Warwicks!
Wish they made more before jacking up the prices.

[thefitz]

Best neck pickup sound I've had on a Warwick. I'd love a sensibly priced Trujillo sig - same pickup spacing, in a slightly less unwieldy body.

[Gnermo]

Taxed at 435-695

Taxed at 435-695

omfg..one of the first RB's.. no easy trussrod-Cover (instead an loosy Gibsonstyle Cover)
no easy compartment cover
half broken JAN2
etc. etc.

this one is no more worth than 120-150 € max

Very cheap project for anyone with a spare neck or someone who's willing to put another brand on it.
Fenderwick would be cool! Or Warender!

[uOpt]

So which of you bastards lucked out on this one?

I was hypertempted but I managed to not break my "no 5 strings" rule.

[Gnermo]

You can buy my 4 string.

[uOpt]

You can buy my 4 string.

What, same thing in 4 string? How much.

[DemBoneZ]

Vamps are a bit out there for my taste but I'm sure they are lovely to play. Go for it uopt!

Oh, that's the really cool one with separate eq controls for each coil of the pickup. I'd love to have one.

Edit: or was it that you were able to pan between both coils? I forget. I haven't seen this one in years.

It's one of my favourite Warwick Oldies. Extra thin, Bartolini, streamer...
